Aftermarket Parts for LS?

I got my first car this May which happened to be a 2001 Lincoln LS V6. I have been very happy and completely statisfied driving it. But I have been searching the web for aftermarket performance upgrades with no luck. What performance upgrades are recommended for a V6? Do they even have aftermarket parts? Any help would be appreciated as to where I could find something.
