Air Bag Warning Light - What Next !!

My air bag warning light is on, with the 3-6 blinking code. My Search Results said it is either the clockspring or a broken wire under seat. The clockspring appears OK( no loss of steering wheel controls), so I checked for under seat issues. Found a broken wire, repaired it, BUT, I still have the warning light.
Any ideas as to what I should check for next. Thanks for any help you have.

Check repaired wire. Could have another break in wire?
But I would bet on the clockspring.

I have the same 3 6 light and my wires under my seat aren't broken so its the clockspring
