i was hoping that someone might have a used front air bag suspension for sale, looking to drive my new ride that was handed down from family but it needs air bags ......

I don't have any to offer. But, while I wouldn't go far as to say they were inexpensive, there are a number of vendors who sell both new and rebuilt units for very reasonable prices.
