need air strut solenoid, for some reason mine is riding at an inch lower than supposed to be for some reason. thanks.

why would that mean you need a solenoid? usually a height difference is either the height sensor stud has broke off, moved from its original location, or the height sensor fell off the stud or is deffective itself. just changing a solenoid isnt going to level out the car.

only one side is lower and its the side that the height sensor reads from (the height sensor is still in the factory mounted position) the other side is normal height. its not the bag, seeing as i have switched the back bags and both the sides did it for a little while but the passenger side went back to normal. that lead me to believe that its the bag solenoid, because the other bag had the same symptom but worked its way out.

that doesnt make sense, all the solenoid does is open and close, it lets air in and out, thats all, height sensors tell it when to open and close, the solenoid doesnt know how much air is in the bag, so putting another solenoid in the bag isnt going to change the height, either you have a defective height sensor, or the stud is bent, or the module has a glitch in it, but changing the solenoid is not going to change the height of the car.

An adjustment/replacement of a front sensor is needed ! Switching rear bags does nothing ! The side to side level is controlled by the front sensors !

Check the Front items Jamie mentioned !

Good Luck,
Sonny
