My father in law was letting my 2 yr old play with my husbands keys. He set off the alarm yesturday and we thought nothing of it. Today it wont start. It's not the battery or the starter. We are thinking that there might be a reset somehow. Please anyone have any ideas?

alarm help

:) :) We did that . You are going to find this funny. Our mechanic said to hit the starter with a hammer. After trying things for three hours my husband was just mad/frustrated enough to do just that. It worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get to drive the big momma car a ford E 150 conversion van. I love to drive my husbands car. Its so much fun. :):) :) :)

I see why there are so many sites regarding this car. My husband loves it it has almost 200,000 miles on it and still going strong.

Now that's funny:D I have never heard that one before, but whatever works...

i used to have to do that on my old chevy celebrity, the teeth on the starter just wouldn't line up properly anymore.

hammer to the starter trick, have that starter replaced before it leaves you stuck

will the car still turnover just not start cause of a relay or something
