American Racing Torq Thrust II Wheels

Hey everyone. I have tried searching on the forum to see what was out there my results nothing. I am thinking about getting these for my '99 Continental. Anyone ever see a late model Lincoln with this type of wheel? I also couldn't find the bolt pattern for this car, to see if these Torq Thrusts even fit. Can someone be able to clarify for me?
