Does anyone else's car make a clicking noise when the a/c is turned on? I have an 01 LS8. A/c performs fine, but that clicking drives me nuts. If others have had this issue, is there anything you did to fix it? Thanks.

Mine does it, but you can only hear it from outside the car.

when i shut mine off it makes like this cool down noise, very loud n very annoying... dont kno wut it is but never really got it checked...

The clicking sound that you hear outside is most likely just the fan/belt going. it's supposed to sound like that. On hot days if you are outside and see someones car that is idleing for a minute with the AC on it will make a similar sound.
