Annoying squeaking noise!

Every time i start the car, it has an annoying squeaking, or chirping noise, as it idles. What could it be? It has new belts, so what else besides that?

ide get the watter pump checked out other then that might try some belt dresing

Water pump is also new. belt dressing made the noise even louder. thinking its the belt tensioner.
