Another aftermarket part to avoid

Avoid buying the Cardone auxiliary water pump for the LS. Been chasing a coolant issue for about a year now and the culprit turns out to be this dang junk. What's so bad is I had the heater valve changed the other day and the aux water pump did not look bad at all. But Once I got it to the shop today for the yearly safety inspection we could see the top of the pump spraying water. I have only like two aftermarket things left in my coolant system and boy getting kinda nervous now ! I replaced the heater valve with the OEM one the other day so now looks like this will be getting changed to OEM again.

I was wondering if the aftermarket Aux pumps were any good...thanks for answering my question ...I see Rockauto only has aftermarket pumps available

Yeah pure junk the way it's leaking. I got the OEM from Tasca so I won't worry about that junk getting a free replacement.
