Another HID thread!

I recently installed a 6000K HID kit off e-bay. They are bright as H3LL!
I mounted the ballasts on the radiator support where the headlight harness connection use to be. Move the headlight harness connections down about 6".
Looks great, you can't see the ballasts when you look under the hood.

Here's a quick pick with the fogs for reference. Oh ya, The HIDs are so bright you can't even see my angel eyes.

Are those your brights in this picture??? That sucks that you can't see your angel eyes. I wanted to get a pair of angel eyes and then put some HIDs in them. If you have a link off of ebay for a pair of HIDs can you post it??? Or better yet what did you put your search as??? Is there a certain brand that is better??? I want to get a good brand that won't melt the harness. Thanks.

After seeing that, i think im just gonna get the hoens in my fogs, i dont wanna waste the money i put into the angels for the HIDs. What other bulb gives off an nice blueish tint thats not a HID.

Nope, low beams. I think I'm gonna switch my angel eyes to come on when the fogs are on instead of when the parking lights are on. Just a waste of energy if you can't see them.

I just did a search for "HID conversion kits". I think someone posted that the Japanese kits are better that the Chinese kits.
LSKoncepts.com also sells the kits if you want to ask Ken about them.

Hoen, PIAA, Silverstar, all kinds of cheapies on e-bay. I personally like the Hoens bluish color.

Now I'm not so sure I want to get HID's/
Anybody have HID's where u can see the angel eyes/? prob a stupid question but I see Beemers all the time with HID's and angels on. prob the design of the headlight itself makes the diffrence. arghhh

You can see my inner angel eyes fine with my hid's, but the outer rings are harder to see.
