anti-rattle clips

Can someone explain (or a picture) to me how to bend the anti-rattle clips in order to fit the caliper and to work properly. These are the clips that go at either end of each brake pad. Do you install the clips on the inside pad, facing the piston? Thank you in advance for your replies and you guys are a big help.

No offense, but can you wait more than 8 hours (which were overnight hours) before bumping? At least let people get to work or wake up and turn the computer on, sheesh.
