Pulled a P0402 DTC code that indicates The EGR flow is excessive.

Time for a new EGR valve? or should I be checking the back pressure transducer or the vacuum regulator solinoid.
 
Guess the EGR valve is open to much for some reason.

Anyone know if the EGR vacuum solinoid has a filter that can get clogged?
