I have to remove the door panel to fix it (separated at the top) and the door handle (need I say more?).

Both the drivers side and passenger side door panels are messed up from peoples legs resting on the door panels (due to the weird geometry of the floor pan, I have to resist the urge to do it myself).

This is what else I will be fixing. It has been attempted twice before I got it, I think I can do a better job.

Did the passenger side already, it totally broke, and didn't want to get locked out completely with both being broken.

Considered just buying another panel from eBay?
That one is pretty rough looking.

With very little work this one can be decent, most of these I saw when looking at cars looked like someone chewed on them, and dipped them in asphalt.

If I could find one in great condition locally I would be all over it, but I would rather spend a little time on it to fix it. Since it will be off anyways, I was hoping someone else has dealt with this. The arm rest is removable, I just don't know what the panel looks like there. If some part of it is broken, or the foam is screwed, or what.

I used a mixture of whatever epoxy I had left over and super glue for the upper portion. Smothered it on and clamped the entire strip, it has held fine for 3+ years. I'm not sure about the other section as I can't tell if it's the covering on said panel or if it and the area behind it is warped.

Being in Arizona you'll probably want to find a good 2 part epoxy as I doubt sg would could withstand the extreme temperatures.
