Im trying to do my own tuneups/ repairs/ modifications. Im probablly going to buy a factory 2 volume shop service manual from ford for my 2000 v6. Anybody ever bought a factory manual, and if you did is it good, did it help to do the work? Just curious...and maybe if I get it I could loan it out regionally.....hmmmm.. Let me know. Thanks.

I don't know if they work as well for the 2000, but I got one for my 2004 LS (printed in the same month my car as made too) for 75 bucks on eBay. Two volumes that are each 1-2 inches thick. Filled with illustrations.

I just bought mine there for $39 ....it was a package deal where I got the 2 volumes & the wiring edition as well

I also am interested on this...i will check ebay as well

Thanks for the suggestions

I got one on CD. A link in a post on this site pointed me to it. I downloaded an ISO and burned it. I wish I could be more specific.

Well I got one of those Genuine ford DVD's. For multiple years.
Its okay.
I would jump on the link to an ISO for my 02 ls, or any of the other fords in the family if I could.
