Anyone in the Las Vegas area?

I am looking at buying another mark viii, and I found one that I like only problem is that it is Las Vegas, and I was wondering if someone wouldn’t mind being a third party, and going to look at it, I just don’t want to fly from northern California to Las Vegas and have it not be what I thought.
