Anyone Interested in Purchasing a New SCT Livewire?

Ok so here's the deal. I bought what was supposed to be an unlocked SCT Livewire. Well when I got it, unbeknownst to the tuner who sold it to me it was still married to a previous vehicle. Well long story short, I went ahead and bought a brand new unopened livewire and now the tuner is sending me a brand new livewire in perfect condition that was used as a display model to replace the previous one he sent me. Obviously I don't need both of them so is anyone interested in purchasing the new display model one? I would let it go for $400 which is what I paid for the used one. These things go for over $500 on ebay.

Its really not complicated. You just plug it in via usb and download the tunes from whichever tuner you decide to go with.

The Livewire is nice... But I'll stick to my DashDaq.

Too bad no one in our circles tunes through it.

I don't believe they are compatible with the LS, they do work with a bunch of other Ford cars and trucks. I do believe they are listed on the SCT site I listed the link to. I might also entertain a trade plus cash, but if I don't sell it on here I'm just going to list it locally.

What kind of performance enhancments do you get with something like that? Like hp/tq? I always wondered.

It all depends upon your tune and your other modifications. Keep in mind it's not just a gain in hp, you can also adjust your shift points and make your shifts more firm. A flash tune is the best bang for your mod on the LS; SCT quotes the LS at a gain of 17hp and 17lbs/ft torque, but like I said you may see higher or lower numbers depending on the tune you decide to go with and other modifications.
