Not really. What little additional torque the 2V heads make off the line, the 4V makes up more than enough on the top end from being able to breath so much better.
The only advantage I could see is if you swapped to Mustang GT PI (99-04) heads you could run a Kenne Bell 1.7 or 2.2 blower on there which is originally meant for the Stang. Build the bottom end of your engine, build the tranny and rear end and let more than 600rwhp rip! hehe.
If I were you I would just swap to 03/04 Cobra heads, build your current bottom end and then toss a Kenne Bell or Whipple on top for a little extra "passing power".
