Those particular ones are too narrow for the LS, 20x7.5 and 225 tire?? too narrow...

225 tires will go on a 7.5 inch wheel just fine.

235's should go on OK and maybe 245's with a little work...factory's are 7.5 with 235 right???

Yea the 245s and the 235s will fit, but I think they might look a little funny.
