Just thought I'd see how many people here are real estate investors or loan officers either for a bank, mortgage co, or a broker. This is what I do for a living(well, I'm not an LO anymore, I'm a VP for a mortgage banking consulting firm). It's always nice to network and also gather new ideas and see how other markets are doing.
