ATS module on gen1 ls

Title says it all. Finally got my hands on a scantool to read ABS codes. The scanner bought back a C1805 - Mismatched PCM and/or ABS-TC Module. So the question is... What do I do next?

Replace the PCM Relay Switch $15. Dealer did this on my car Friday. Labor 1.5 to find problem.

lol. i wish it were that simple. I guess the answer to that is to get them married to eachother. I wonder if this is also the cause to my intermittently hard and soft brake pedals. What do you guys think? I replaced the booster and master cylinder to no avail.
