I promise to nicer if you promise to be smarter.
I don't visit Autopia, but I can't find any "official" info on this except on other car forums.

Dunno if it's true and I hate to be a jackass for spreading false information, but I'd rather my fellow members be safe than sorry.

Autopia has been busted for using malware by Google and a number of anti virus companies.
They have been both placing trojans, malware and taking personal information from the computers of it's members and the people who visit their site.
If you frequent that site update and run your anti virus program.
Autopia has been scanning peoples computers getting information for years but with better anti virus protection, it has become difficult for them to hide their crooked activity.
For years they have accused other sites falsely of doing the exact same thing that they have been exposed for doing.
There's a old saying that says "What goes on in the dark eventually comes to light".
Autopia is a crooked site run by crooks and now the world knows it.

I'm on DetailingBliss and there's been a bit of a storm about this recently. A lot of people's Antivirus programs are flagging the site and a bunch of people have had to reinstall Windows.
