Did anyone else experience a split under the window where the logo is on the rear door of their Aviator? I took mine to a body shop to be repaired. He fixed it, and then it split even worse. He said that it is not supported well and that he has seen quite a few of them with this split. He said that it is a design flaw. Anyone talk to their dealer about this?

Mine has the same split, I was quoted 800 at the dealership!
Crack is whack
I don't have an Aviator, but every where I go I notice a crack right under the rear window on all the newer explorers, mountaineers, and aviators, I was wondering why I always saw those there.
