Back door will not lock when remote used

Back door will unlock when remote is used but remote will not unlock the door. I tried locking it from driver's side door controls but no luck. We have to lock the back door by hand.

Any help would be appreciated.

Back door will not lock or unlock with remote or door buttons

Now the rear door will not lock or unlock using the remote or the button on rear door or from driver's master controls. The other 3 door do unlock/lock as usual.

Any help?

Sounds like a bad locker actuator in the door, atleast i think thats what it called.
