So they ended up putting 2 new fuel injectors in her. Total i paid was $641.
Considering each injectors was $108 and i also got an oil change, i didnt think i did so bad...at first....
The thing that made me laugh and yet pi$sed me off at the same time was that when they went through all the things they "recommend" me to get done to my car..you know...i need new brakes, new air filter, and many other things they mentioned...one of those items were new wiper blades. They said they were dry and cracking. Here's the thing, I replaced those on Jan 13... i remember the date cuz it was the morning before i left out of town.
Yet here they are one month later telling me they're cracking.
It just made me question everything they did do to my car and i made sure to ask for the old injectors.
Is this standard practice for them? It's like they didnt even look at them, they just say it regardless.
Although i felt they did i good job an my car (it's running like a CHAMP!:L ) That really bugged me. I really walked out of there feeling like they lied to my face thinking I was an idiot. I will not be returning to that shop....
Here's the 64,000 dollar question.... will i get this same crap anywhere I go?
Just had to let that out....
Next project: 1) replace weather stripping(myself) 2) work on those DAMN swirls.
