Went to the rodeo this past weekend, and saw the electric Delorean on display.

heck yeah. im excited that they are bringint the delorian back i loved those cars and am gonna have to buy me one some way or another

This will be the next car Obama tries to push on everyone. Greg, you live in Texas and you were going to a rodeo... why isn't anyone wearing cowboy hats? BTW, did that Delorean have a "flux capacitor"?

Maybe it's just me but that car just looks cheap. It didn't back when it came out but that one just doesn't appeal to me at all. I noticed in the rear, it has what looks to be like cooling fins and now that I have seen it's electric motor, it kinda explains all that crap hanging out the rear of it. Starting price of $57,500, I don't see them selling many. I think I'd rather have the "Volt", if I had to choose.

I wonder if it can be driven in the rain...

remember thow you can get them in eletric or not and tons of new upgrades are available. a used delorian with 75000 miles goes for 40 grand

just went and looked and ther is a automatic one with 1050 miles for 45 or a 5 speed with 4357 for 54,900

I love seeing Delorean stuff cause the owner of the car lot I move my cars at used to work for Delorean. He pretty much touched every car changing an upgraded part in the US.

He even did the shop rags at Deloreans house when the company was on it's last few months of going under.

Kind of cool that it was so close to where I live

Deloreans are hideous.

Never ever liked them at all. Theyre pretty underpowered too.

Gotta love the Texas and cowboy hats connection. I see more people from the north wearing them than from here.
