I have ballast, and lights from a 96 LSC that I'm going to put on a 94. Orginal ballast are different than the sandwiched 97-98. They have NO holes for mounting, just a 1"X1" bracket sticking out of the housing, with a 1/4" oblong hole in it. Of course I'm building brackets to mount them on the flat metal shelf that's behind the grill. I'd like to know where they were mounted from the factory, and how. I'll post pics later today. Thanks TONYyyy

Nice work. Might be a silly question, but why not upgrade to a modern HID kit and eliminate the bulky oem ballasts?

I bought the lights, and they came with the ballast, and they worked. They were for my wifes 95, that has 8000K, 75 watt HID's, but they look so nice in the white 94. Used some scrap metal, and had fun putting it together.
