Banjo bolt

I'm trying to change out my brakes. Putting in cobras. I have noticed that the brace that holds the caliper is rubbing in the rotor. anyone have this problem?

I wrote banjo bolts, because it was mentioned that I would have to grind them down. Now I figured it out that the guy drilled the new holes but didn't put the grooves in the back of each hole. So, it wouldn't go on all the way. Never goes perfectly.

Thanks 94m5, I'm already on it, got them done last night. I found one that matched perfectly. They were the pink ones, which he said was the soft kind. I went through 7 of them. Everything seams to be a go.
