Hey does anyone have a how to or diagram on how to replace bank 2's o2 sensor, any help greatly appreciated

O2 sensors are generally quite easy to replace; they're simply screwed into the exhaust system. The LS has four, one before and after each cat. The Bank 2 O2 sensors should be in the passenger-side exhaust; you can't miss 'em. They'll take (IIRC) an 11/16ths or 13/16ths wrench (I use a flare-nut wrench, but an open-end/box-end wrench will work); they're ~2" long sticking out of the exhaust (perpendicular to the exhaust, parallel to the floorpan), with an electrical lead sticking out of the end.

I haven't replaced the sensors on my LS, but I've replaced them on other cars. The majority of the time spent on the job is in the setup; the sensors normally just screw right out after you disconnect the electrical connector. When you put the new one in, it should have anti-sieze on the threads--if not, put a small amount on them.

You can also disconnect the harness first and slip a box end wrench on it. That way it won't slip. If someone forgot to use antiseize, it can be a real bugger to remove. If it does have antiseize used on it, it shouldn't be a problem. Sooner is exactly correct...make darn good and sure you have antiseize on the new sensor. But be extremely careful...don't get anything on the sensor end...or handle it there in any way. You can and will ruin the sensor.

ok is this something i need to get under the car i'm guessing cause i couldn't see nothing really from the top..

Yeah, they're accessed from underneath. They look cylindrical, with electrical leads coming out of one end, with the other screwed into a bung on the exhaust pipe. On the pre-'03 LS, there's a set immediately behind the cats, and they plug into a connector in front of the transmission. (This is from looking at a picture; I've never been under a pre-'03 LS.)
