So I've been trying to save money since I got my new job get a house and all that :q:q:q:q, but it seems like lately every time I pay a couple of bills and fill up the gas tank most of that money disappears. Why dose it seem so hard for me to save any money??? this whole thing is starting to really piss me off:mad::mad::mad:

A house is a money pit. Unexpected stuff comes up all the time. I'd like to give you a solution, but in all honesty most people are in the same boat!

Saving money is only as hard as you make it. Cut out extras, like eating out or going to the bar, and you will find the savings every month.

This is reality ... It cost money to live ... and depending on life style ... the price will go up as your taste goes up. (don't you wish you could stay in Mommy and Daddy's basement) .. LOL

Be careful buying a house ... good investment but if you are not planning on sticking around your area they may be a greater burden. In my area houses are not selling fast so you could be sitting on that house for a while or have to sell it for a loss if you have to get rid of it fast.

A couple of quick tips ...

1. Avoid credit cards as much as possible don't make them part of your income ...

2. Don't buy new cars

3. A good whore is cheaper than a GF or Wife LOL ...

don't have any credit cards, just the next worse thing debit card

never had a new car in my life

it took me long enough just to get one girl friend don't want to risk it with a cheap whore LOL

Just keep saving, put alittle in the market, nows a good time. If you can buy before you are thirty, you'll be set. I couldn't do it til my thirties either but it'll be well worth the wait. Good luck though

well I've cashed those in, in the past for emergencies but maybe when you get ready to buy you can make that decision and cash it in, its hard to give up your retirement but in the end a home is the best investment you can make. You are going to want about 20% of the cost of the house or in NY its like $30G Its alot but every little bit helps
