Tonight I used a beltronics vechile performance meters in my car. for you who don't know what one is its like the G-TECH meters that plug into your cigarette lighter.

Anyways i got a 94 mark 111,000 miles w/a lms mass air flow sensor, a walbro 255, tune up.

my 0-60 was 6.8
and 1/4 was 14.6

I was wondering if these types of meters are accurate or if these times even sound close to what my mark should be running

I do not know how accurate the belltronix is, but I know that the G-tech is usually within a few tenths.

Funny you ask that.... I'm a mechanical engineering senior at the University of Iowa, and a group did a project literally measuring the accuracy of those cigerette meters compared to very expensive accelerometers used here at he university. The plug in meters are VERY accurate actually, it was pretty suprising because I really thought it was a scam until I saw the results first hand.

Nice times by the way, considering the mods.

yeah the car rips pretty hard for whats done to it. Some asian lady owned it since new her husband was military. they bought it new from the show room drove it 100,000 miles then traded it in on a brand new lincoln ls. So i got lucky the car is still pretty much like new

hey took out the 145lbs worth of subwoofers and box and ran it with 2 gallons of gas in it according to the message center
new times
0-60 6.5
1/4 14.56
