Best 30HP Addition?

What are the best combos for producing 30HP on an LSV8? I see the CAI's and Exhausts which are fairly expensive, How about chips?

Curious what you guys have seen or done? I've searched on this forum endlessly and have read numerous different posts saying different things.

So basically, my question is whats the best and most cost effective way to get 30-40 horses.

As much post as I've read members of this site say stay away from the chips I read they don't work well at all!! Someone with more knowledge and detail will reply soon!! :L
