Anybody using any screen capture software that isn't full of spyware and all that crap. My license has expired and don't know if I want to re-upp if there is some decent shareware or freeware out there.

Any help is appreciate. No spyware crap. Has to be a clean program. Thanks.

Press CTRL and Print Screen.
Then open up Paint.
Click on file then paste
then save or copy to folder.

On Windows 2000 and newer, <Print Screen> (and, at least in some versions, <Ctrl>-<Print Screen>) will capture the full screen; <Alt>-<Print Screen> will capture the window in the foreground. If you create a new document in Photoshop or Fireworks after using one of those capture methods, that new document will automagically be sized to match what's in the clipboard.

If you're looking for something to do video capture (eg, to record what you're doing to show someone else), I know there are products out there, but I'm not familiar with them...
