the second one does...but make sure you unlock the phone from the service otherwise you will have a very and i mean very upset customer who buys the phone and its locked. Also if they want to use it on a different carrier then you have to release the PIN on the BB as well.. The PIN is the number that allows you to use the data package on the phone... Just giving you a heads up...

I work in the cell phone business and have had customer coming in saying they bought phones off of ebay and they were locked and expected us to unlock the phones for them...ha :slam

the phone works for AT&T customers by just simply inserting the sim card..for other services they are on their own

You mite want to specify that then in the description.. If I were looking at that from a buyers standpoint I would think that I could pop any sim card in and go.
Not trying to argue just trying to save you from getting bad feedback..that's all! Hopefully it sells for ya really good price!
