blower motor issue?? Blend door?? rodents nest in ducts?? stumped

I recently purchased an Ls for my wife. Very well nice car for its age but it does have a couple issues. the main one being the a/c and heater doesn't blow properly. Can hear the blower motor running fine yet barely any air comes out the vents. Cabin air filter looks new. Did a diagnostic and got back codes 27 98, 12 65, and 12 63. no clue what these mean. Any help appreciated.

Okay, so B1263 really is a problem then.
If you manually select defrost or floor, do you get reasonable air flow out of the defrost or floor?

If so, then you may actually need to replace the panel actuator. Unfortunately, that requires the removal of the dash.

Ouch. That's a big job. Had to do it on a couple other vehicles. Thanks again for the info. It's really been helpful.
