Hello all,
I have a 1994 T/C with a stubborn blower motor. Most days no problem, but sometimes it will stop blowing. Nothing common ex weather. If you put it on high it will blow and only on that speed. If you try to lower the speed it will shut off completely. Nothing works tried pushing all butons does not make a difference.
You can hear the a/c cycling properly but no air flowing in the cabin.
Is there some type of switch or is the moter saying it's good buy's????
Has anyone seen this issue before?

THANKS for the help......I need to get out of this wind tunnell. :Bang

Very common problem, related to the "Blower Speed Controller". Has nothing to do with the switches on the dash.

You have two choices, fix the speed controller yourself, or replace it. Many on that same fence fall toward replacing it, but lots of folks (myself included) have just fixed it and never had a problem since.

On my Webpage, look at the links on the right side, find two links pertaining to Blower Speed Controller.
At lincolnsonline in the tech section there's another writeup on the problem, with pictures.

Good luck :)
