Just purchased 1995 Mark VIII LSC (143,000).
Drove car home from New Orleans (100 miles).
Few issues.
1. Vibration when accelerating that lasted
a few seconds then quit. Seemed to only
happen at lower speeds.

2. Washer fluid low prompt on dash, washer
reservoir full .

3. Idles rough at stop light

Note: Removed IAC Control valve, noted
gasket was thin and brittle. New IAC on
order

Note: Removed TPS and noted rubber
compression gasket worn out on side .

Note: Changed spark plugs and noted 1
plug had oil on bottom

Any advise , direction, would be greatly
appreciated.

I live in the Hammond area down here in the promised land. independence is where I live excrly.

I had a reservoir
problem, it was clogged at the sensor. Cleaned it and all better now.
As far as the other two problems, one of mine that caused or to shudderat take offs was my air intake was loose at the throttle body. Tightened it up and made sure it was seated right, no problems.

welcome to the site. leaking gasket on valve cover depending how bad could wait. if it is vibrating could be driveshaft but they generaly do that around 80 with a two piece shaft. check the u-joints if at lower speeds. again welcome to the site. JD
