Every time I watch it I laugh my ass off, so I would say Borat is pretty funny. That clip is one of the least funny I have seen though.

I know that I will be seeing the Borat movie as soon as it comes out. Some people get their panties in a twist about the stuff he says, but it's all in fun. And it's some funny sh!t.
