Brake noise!!!

My 87 lsc has a bad case of brake squel. It only usaully happens after they heat up from driving and stopping and only when I brake.The pads are all in great shape. Any ideas. It is driving me nuts. I am trying to get it ready to sell it and this will not help me make a sale. Any help would be appreciated. thanks alot

If the wear shoe (warning arm/wear arm) on the pad is hitting the rotor then they (the pads) are ~not~ in good shape. Also, certain materials should NOT be used with our stock rotors.

Locate the arm/shoe and bend it slightly away from the rotor and drive. If the squeal goes away, replace the pads (they're done) and add $100.00 to your asking price because of the "new brakes".

I already looked at that and it is not the problem. They only make noise when you hit the brakes not all the time. I took a look at the pads and they are still looking very good. Any other ideas. You are always so helpfull I really appreciate it.
