On the back brake where the caliper slides down into the bracket are both rubber spots where the caliper bolts to the bracket supposed to move or just one side?

i think you are taking about the rubber accordian pars on the caiper pins where the bolts go into...?

if so,,yes they should both move freely when the caiper is not bolted on.

Thanks Moes8, After I posted, I decided to just do the other side and your correct. I thought so, But sometimes I get so frustrated I don't know if I'm thinking right or not. Thanks for replying.

i need to get a new keyboard,this damn thing doesnt like the letter L,after i post i see my words missing L,i have to press it real hard to work,
