Bumper Signals dont work!!!!!!!! Help

Hmm... well I took off the bumper turn lenses to smoke them, and I discovered that both bulbs were out, so I replaced them but still they do not work? What Could be wrong here?.... I checked the fuse box but have no clue which fuse it might be... a little help here would be very much appreciated.

Check the connection of the bulb and the wiring harness. There is probably just a loose connection.
 
The best way to locate it is to look underneath the front bumper. If I remember correctly, the side marker harness plugs into the same harness the fog lights do. I don't have a pic of it but if you look up through the opening under the bumper you should see it. It isn't a long wiring harness.
 
well i smoked them a little at first and they looked red, so I just had them all blacked out.. they look good..especially with the cleared out corners.. i would take pics but is dark already.. tommorow i'll post...

someone correct me if im wrong, but the sidemarkers arent Turn signals... they are only supposed to light up with the headlamps or parking lights... well, at least MINE dont work as turn signals, they only work with the lights on. and my drivers side bulb is burnt out. :slam
