Burn Amp??

hey guys...i accidently let the ground wire and the red wire.(connected to the amp) .touched..and it created some sparks,,now my subwoofers dont work no more..can you guy tell me how to fix this?

btw..also just bought a 3farad capacitor....and i dont know how to charge it...any idea??

did you check the fuses? typically the fuse blows before damage.

as far as the amp goes, check the fuse located on the red power wire near the battery. That has poped! for the cap it requires a resistor don't know the ohm level off the top of my head.

Well my capacitor came with a light bulb to charge it...i just don't know how to hook it up...any 1 have a diagram to charge the cap??

Put the ground of you cap the the ground of your car. Take the power wire from the cap and put the light on it inbetween the battery and the wire. The light will slowly start to light up then after like 1min 30 sec the cap is charged
