Buying my old Mark Viii back after 3 years

Just saw my 95 Mark Viii on sale so I went to check it out. Leather is still great, no tears, AC works great, brand new inspection and still running strong. The current owner replaced the air ride with Thunderbird springs and struts but it looks like a 4x4. Clear coat is peeling on upper doors and parts of the hood. He's only asking $1400 so I'm gonna get it. The guy I sold it to and the current owner only put about 15k miles on it, it now has 133K.
