Brand new conversion?
So they got it converted, they realized they screwed up a relatively decent pick-up truck and now they wanna sell it?
That truck is going to be worthless for towing. It sits too high for a bumper pull (you'll need at least a 12 inch drop hitch) and it will be too high for a firth wheel/gooseneck. That, and it's a short bed. While you can indeed, tow a 5th wheel with a short bed, I don't recommend it. It will beat you to death.
That truck is nothing more than a compensation device. It's useless as a work truck.

my brother got a GMC version as a "work truck" he had to pay over $1,000 to get the license, tags.
