Oh, so we're NAZIS now?

Well. The name-calling has started back up again.

Too bad Phil has NEVER posted anything intelligent on this forum. Even his articles are old, tired liberal retreads with nothing but acid hate, which matches his own worldview.

Still mad about the '04 election Phil? That's okay, we have another one for you in about 3 or 4 months to keep you pissed off.

you Shrub Nazis

This one is HILARIOUS... Let's examine the beliefs of Hitler, shall we?

Athiest & Secular Humanist (aka zero government support for any religion)
Support for euthanasia & other acts (due to his belief in Darwin's theory of evolution)
Supported strict gun control laws (So that government can control the people. He couldn't have done what he did otherwise)
Belief that one's private morals has no impact on his public life... (I.... did not have sexual relations with that Wooooman..)
Strong support for "the workers", despised the free market, and tried to establish another political system between Freedom and Communism.
Admired Roosevelt's "New Deal" because it put economic decision-making in the hands of government planners
Developed the Nazi slogans (strikingly similar to Marx and other Communist's slogans) 'people's community,' 'public need before private greed,' 'communally-minded social consciousness'.
Admired Islam more than Christianity (although he himself was an athiest)
Sought to ignore Judeo-Christian principles of absolute right and wrong, and replace them with a secular humanist version of "what's right for me to do isn't necessarily right or wrong for you to do"

Nazi party policy included the following:
All citizens of the State shall be equal as regards rights and duties. (Communist party said similar, "equal liability of all to labor")
The first duty of every citizen must be to work mentally or physically. The activities of the individual may not clash with the interests of the whole, but must proceed within the frame of the community and be for the general good.
We (Nazi Party) demand that all unearned income, and all income that does not arise from work, be abolished.
Since every war imposes on the people fearful sacrifices in life and property, all personal profit arising from the war must be regarded as a crime against the people. We therefore demand the total confiscation of all war profits whether in assets or material.
We demand that all the profits from wholesale trade shall be shared out.
We demand the nationalization of businesses which have been organized into cartels (aka businesses that have executives to make decisions, without getting their hands dirty through manual, "productive" labor, ignoring the fact that a good leader can increase production by hundreds of percent)
We demand the creation and maintenance of a healthy middle-class, the immediate communalization of department stores which will be rented cheaply to small businessmen, and that preference shall be given to small businessmen for provision of supplies needed by the State, the provinces and municipalities (If you understand business, you understand small businessman is just another name for "the worker" because he doesn't own a business, he owns a job)
We demand a land reform in accordance with our national requirements, and the enactment of a law to confiscate from the owners without compensation any land needed for the common purpose. The abolition of ground rents, and the prohibition of all speculation in land (sound familiar? recent Supreme Court case where ALL the conservative justices voted against it?)

Adolf Hitler, Karl Marx, and Friedrich Engels were three peas in the same pod. They only differed in their approach to achieve the results they all envisioned.

Two things....

1) Hitler was an athiest? There's recording after recording and quote after quaote of him using Christianity as a rallying tool and justifying his agenda under his skewed view of religion.

2) This thread sucks! It's a deliberate personal attack on a single person, if you disagree with 97Silver's articles/post; attack and debate the post.

But fossten's 92% of threads starting with "reprinted from newsmax.com" don't matter.

Probably because 99% of his 92% don't require retractions due to inaccuracies from ignorant writers.

This silverlsc guy has posted more piles of filthy stinking rotten chit than anyone on here, even devilleboy and thats an accomplishment

Um... yes. I mean, we ALL know that when Hitler said something, he meant it  You know, the whole "This Sudetenland is all I want, I won't take any more countries..." and "Oh, just the rest of Czechoslovakia, that's it, now I won't take any more..." and "Yes Mr. Chamberlain, I will most assuredly sign your paper that says 'I will not take any more countries'", after which he took Poland...

Hitler was a bunch of friggin' words, whatever achieved his means, he would say.

And if you did trust what he said (or understood his world view), here's some quotes from him, regarding direction for the Nazi party:

"National Socialism and religion cannot exist together....
"The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity. Bolshevism is Christianity's illegitimate child. Both are inventions of the Jew. The deliberate lie in the matter of religion was introduced into the world by Christianity....
"Let it not be said that Christianity brought man the life of the soul, for that evolution was in the natural order of things." (p 6 & 7)
"Christianity is a rebellion against natural law, a protest against nature. Taken to its logical extreme, Christianity would mean the systematic cultivation of the human failure." (p 43)
"The best thing is to let Christianity die a natural death.... When understanding of the universe has become widespread... Christian doctrine will be convicted of absurdity....
"Christianity has reached the peak of absurdity.... And that's why someday its structure will collapse....
"...the only way to get rid of Christianity is to allow it to die little by little....
"Christianity <is> the liar....
"We'll see to it that the Churches cannot spread abroad teachings in conflict with the interests of the State." (p 49-52)

I could go on... the guy was a secular humanist with a hint of dieism at best.

Are those passages from Mein Kampf?

Keep up the good work stangboy! :D

Good for you 95Deville!!!!!
1 sure way to make an enemy is discuss religion and or politics!!!

I haven't received a single PM from either side complaining about the thread.

All is fair in love and war. Isn't that the saying?

Isn't a thread like this against the forum rules? We're not discussing politics in this thread, its a specifically about a poster/member in here, not to mention it's malicious intent. What purpose wil this serve?

But hey, it's your barbeque and in reality, it only makes Barwick out to be an ass; so I'll shut up now.

Yes it is. But Phil had already replied when I saw the thread and I got the impression that he was going to handle matters himself. Which I congratulate him for, btw.

A lot of us have been tossing dung for quite a few years now and most of us have a thisk skin as a result. Phil could object and then the thread is pulled. Pretty simple.

He probably spends too much time on Huff 'N' Puff or DailyKos to actually read anything over here.

"CUT 'N' PASTE!" :D

When I consider the source of the comments there is no problem at all. I expect no better, after all, they've consumed too much Kool Aid and have their heads stuck in the sand!! Coming from them, being called a "fiberal" is a compliment. Any one who questions ANYTHING done by this administration automatically earns that title or worse. I'm happy to keep posting articles that show that people are questioning the legality/morality of what this admininstration has done or is doing, that is the job of the congress/judiciary/MSM, and in my opinion they are all asleep at the wheel.
:) :) :)

Sorry, not gonna happen:D :D :D

Hey man, it's current events. We can always poke fun at eachother, that's what the internet is for, because we never do this sort of incredibly rude stuff in person.

More discrediting of Phil's favorite source...

Liberal Activist Lunacy

Posted by Matthew Sheffield on July 25, 2006 - 10:39.

If there ever were a contest for the most deranged left-wing journalist, one guy with a head start would have to be Jason Leopold, the fabulist most recently embarrassed for his phony report that White House aide Karl Rove had been indicted May 12. Since his journalism was exposed as fraudulent, he's been on a tear lashing out at anyone daring to question him.

But Leopold hasn't stopped there. Most recently, he's been involved in complicated sock puppet scandal, posting comments defending himself under other names on various blogs, forging emails from others, and throwing around accusations of pedophilia. Instead of being alone in his deranged quest, however, Leopold seems to have a few others helping him in his quest for truth, including Larry Johnson, an obsessed former CIA employee who has become known as one of the most quoted defenders of Bush hater Joe Wilson. Leopold's retinue also seems to include his former colleague at the leftist news site RawStory, Larisa Alexandrovna. Also involved was a guy going by the name "John Dean."

The whole affair was uncovered by the Seixon blog (here and here), run by a formerly anonymous American blogger living in Norway whose identity was exposed by Leopold's monkeys.
