Can I go 255/35/20 tires on my '03 without problems??

I'm bout to put some 20's on my '03 LS6 and can get a far better deal on some 255's than on 245 tires. Will I have any clearance rubbing problems at stock ride height? What if I drop 1"-1.25" with the Eibachs?
