Did anyone else have troubles getting the bigger plastic hose piece to work with their Aluminum Cold Air Intake Tube, cuz i can't seem to get it to work for the life of me

it is tough.
you have to be very very straight and push hard.
make sure it goes on all the way or it will just pop off again in a couple of days.

Yeah i carved the outside of it down for like an hour, and i also took out the seal so that i could get it on further, fearing that it might come loose.

It will be tight for sure. If you just can't get it in you can open up the inner diameter of the tube a bit. Use a little oil inside the tube and on the o-ring to make it push in easier.
