Leaving work yesterday my car wouldnt start, everything was cranking as usual but just not firing. tested the spark plug wires and predy sure i wasnt getting any spark, didnt get to do anymore testing than that. Got it towed home and parked it overnight. Went to go check it out this morning and it appears the battery is dead. Measured the voltage across the battery and I was only getting 6.50 volts. I then connected jumper cables to a battery I know is working and even with the jumper cables connected it still only read about 6.50 volts. Im at a loss for possibilities. Any suggestions would be helpful. Dont wanna get it towed anywhere cause I know it will be expensive as hell for a repair shop to do anything.

Are you sure the terminals are clean and that you have a good ground ??

Check your starter wire connections for corrosion and make sure they are tight. Disconnect battery first and while it's disconnected, put the meter to it and read what you have. Also check the inertia button in the trunk to make sure the fuel pump isn't shut off. The PCM could have went bad if there is no spark but that could also be anything.

6.5 volts in the bad battery isn't enough to turn the car over even with a good battery jumping it
Remove bad battery, install good battery, try again

Just put new battery I was trying to jump from and the car turns over and cranks as it did yesterday but still not firing. I connected a code reader and its not showing any codes. Battery is only a year old so it should have still been good, im led to believe that something was drawing current overnight but nothing was left on. How would I check the PCM (Powertrain control module) you mentioned?

How did you check your spark that would make you question if you were getting spark or not. I only ask because you said you're "pretty sure" ..
If the code reader was able to read the PCM, chances are its OK, normally when they don't work, they don't communicate
When you cycle the key to run, listen for the hum under the back seat. I'm betting your pump died
