Im planning on doing a cheap mod to my rims there stock I plan on taking off the Lincoln lug nut cover and painting the inside black getting some polished lug nuts and my question is will a mustang center cap work on a stock 5 lug mark 8 LSC wheel. I know LMS has the cobra caps but cant a mustang center cap work as in the caps size? Just want something little different cheap enough and hell if i dont like it the cover can just go back on lol.

You can get universal caps that change sizes like the ones I got with my rims I got 2 different center cap sets and I put the dome set onto a set of chrome wheels on a Camaro

Thanxs, but when I say center cap I mean the center cap that goes over the black bearing cover thing. I want to make my own custom wheels basiccally the stock rims without the lincoln Lug nut cover but with all chrome lug nuts and chrome air nosel with a chrome center cap cover, that be sweet if I could get one with a cobra on it thats y i asked if a mustang center cap work.

LOL, yeah im sorry. What size dust cap do I need, and another thing whats the best thing to get brake dust off my wheels? Im doing bunch of projects today just blacked out my grill omg it looks so nice alot better then the half peeling chrome half faded black it was before now its a nice pearl black and that lincoln emblem really stands out now, I love my Lincoln.

i usually powerwash mine. if you dont have acess to a power washer your goin to be doin a lot of scrubbing. they sell dust shields so you dont get the rims dirty, but i have hear a lot about, melting, warping, throwing the car out of balence with those...

I went out got myself some eagle 1 wheel cleaner for brake dust and what not worked great, then polished out the wheels with the mothers power ball and polish, they shine real nice. But what size dust cap cover will I need? Ill post pics when Im done I bet few of u do the same, better then spending 1000+ for new rims cost me 100 bucks and I bet itll look great.
