Changed a door and computer is locking up

I changed my driver's door, including the 'brains'. It is working ok except it will now shut down the keypad and remote keyless entry if it is left locked overnight. Any suggestions? I was wondering if the main computer needs to be reset because of the wires I unplugged.

I guess just pull the battery for about 10-15 mins and that should reset the computer!

IIRC the onboard computers have to be matched up with the pcm... I had my REM replaced and the tech mentioned somthing about this.

Sounds like you need the dealer to get the pcm to recognize the ddm (drivers door module).

Yep. Dealer needs to reprogram the "new" module in your door. It can also be done by an independant shop that has a NGS tester and the proper software if they know what they're doing.
