I recently changed the RH side which was easy..I see the RH being a little more difficult  ...what should I do to make this a easy process...HELP would be greatly appreciated!!!

I just did mine last week and the driver's side is just like the passenger side, except there's more stuff in the way that has to be moved so it takes a little more patience. Make sure you have a 1/4" drive 7mm socket with the universal joint and a combination of extensions that reach about 10". The sockets are about $8 at Sears.

The thing that held me up the most on the LH side was getting the fuel line apart. You will need a fuel line kit to get it apart. The other hard part is getting the VC back in that tight space without knocking the gasket off.

PepBoys sells the tool you will need to get that fuel line off. With the tool, it comes apart in seconds.

With all that being said..after about 4 hours of knuckle busting and working in tight quarters, bent over the fender peeking in tight/dark spaces? i gave up and took her to the Ford dealership and let them have at it. Best $400 or so I ever spent.

what's the time frame on each side for all of you who've done this?

3 days!
That is how long the dealership is taking (they only had one is stock). I only have 35 miles of warranty left too.

BLAH!!

I did both sides on my 03 in the equivilant of a saturday. It's not that hard.

Do you have to drain anything? I replaced my #4 coil yesterday and it was bone dry w/out oil.. THANK GOD!!! It has about 85K on it so i'm doing good

get a 7mm gear wrench (found it at lowes) - and tie a string to it, the other end tie around your wrist - because you're gonna drop it 100 times....

One bolt is painful as the brake booster is in the way.

Remember as you are using two extensions and three kunckles to get to the bolt your torque reading will be off - so tighten them up a little more - but don't break any bolts off...

What is the fuel line separator called? Also can someone help me on the torque specs please!
thanks all
